New Music Reality Show "first Chance ” Set To Hit Nigeria Tv Stations

First Chance music reality television show which begins auditioning for Nigerian youths at the National Arts Theatre Entrance C today, and would run till December 16, 2006.

The talent hunt and reality television programme is free for interested participants. All expected to do, is to come with their vocal ability.

After the auditions, a panel of experts is expected through the auditioning process, to produce 12 youths with the most identifiable musical talents, who would then proceed to the next stage of the programme. Thereafter, the 12 contestants from this stage would star in elimination television shows with voting by viewers and judges.

The elimination series would then lead to the selection of two final contestants who would be flown to Europe (London, Norway or America) where each one will record a song. They will be groomed, choreographed and styled by international professionals who work for international stars. They would then come back and perform for the last time where the winner will be picked. The winner would among other prizes sign an album deal with DaWorks Records. The album would be produced and released internationally. In addition, he or she would receive a cash prize of one million Naira as well as endorsement deals with supplier sponsors.
