The greatest gift investors have is time. You have time on your side. one year is a long time to really build wealth investing your money. I have being managing fund for private individuals for over 5years now. I think if you must invest your money in safe and high yielding opportunities then you must diversify. You must look at multiple investment options. I suggest you take this route: Split the fund into 4 bits and invest it in these high yielding ventures like: 1. Government is currently flogging NPA properties on auction. My uncle is a member of the committee. We bought some 100X100 plot of lands at N300k/plot in GRAs in some major cities. We sold to SPDC corporative recently at N4.5million per plot. You can submit your bid to the due process committee in Abuja. You can purchase just two plots. (N600K). The advert has being regular on major News Papers. 2. You can invest just $2000 (N260,000) in the Forex market through a registered trading company like ours that return monthly interest. The Fx market truly returns unimaginable profit though extremely risky for inexperience traders, if properly monitored by individuals that know the power of investment. Lower risk means lower returns. I love low risk investment vehicles. We return interest rate of about 5 - 7% monthly and about 100% annually. 3. The stock is my number one low risk investment vehicle with tested returns. Though because of the level of information about the market the general public has, it has been a great opps most people avoid. Do you know the Nigeria Caps Index has being returning over 30% annually. All you do is Buy the all CAP index and after 12 months your investment will grow to more the 30%. No monitoring, studying or reinvesting. You can invest about N500,000 of the remaining N900k into the Nigerian All Caps Index. 4. Your N1.5m, will still have some balance of about N140k. Most Nigerians don't know how opportuned we are in this country. Do you know with a mere N100K you can have a stake in a new startup. There is a lot of great startups I have invested my fund into. As the President of African Youth Consortium for Economic Development AYCED, I receive investment proposals from young Nigerians that want funds to float their new Business concept. I don't turn them off, I study their proposals and if there is great wealth opps I partner with them. I am currently into partnership with a lot of Record labels in Lagos, and also trendy fast moving businesses across Nigeria. Though not all has been very successful but i think it has kept me in a very comfortable position with very minimal effort and investment. Hi Mr Mayor,
I am sorry the contact phone on our website is all Mobile. Nitel is almost not working in Delta State. The only means we communicate most often is through Mobile phone. Our Office address is on the site. So that is another contact detail.
We are a real world company with structure. We don't follow the current hype in the industry we see today. We do advise people to do things themselves and avoid risk. Money is quite difficult to get and should not be wasted.
The main purpose of the stock or Forex market is to make people with great patience and high level of tolerance very rich.
We feel that the main purpose of the different investment market is to help enrich those who methodically save and invest, employing a buy-and-hold philosophy.
The lowest time frame for any meaning investment venture is 12 months. Start investing in low risk opportunities now as time is the only ally the investor has, Forget about hype returns. They are not real and if real it carries too much risk.
You don't need any experience to gamble or play the lottery. Many see investing this way!

It seems you cannot spare a dime for risk purpose, since you want it back plus interest. I suggest you invest N1m in a highly liquid bank (First Bank, Union, Zenith GT Bank etc). Use N300k on Federal Govt Treasury Bond, and Put only N200k in stocks (again make sure its stock you can sell when the time come). If you put too much in stock remember you will be down almost 5% (commission charges for investement) before you start, hence the stock will have to appreciate more than 10% because you will also have to pay similar charges when you sell in October next year. Remember our slogan in UK, "past returns is no measure of future returns". Have a nice day.

Hey, i'm sure u've got a current account with one of 'em commercial banks, for you to have this kinda cheddar, Well, here's a smart and almost risk-free idea for you. Go to your bank, and tell em you want to invest in commercial papers or banker's acceptances. Find out how they go about it, and bargain on your interest rate, though, the more money you have, the higher your bargaining power. Wish you the best aite, WINK!!!
Its Flint here,

The close to 5% charge is made up of the following: Buying %age Commission 2.75 SEC Fees 1.00 CSCS 0.10 VAT 0.05 of comm 0.14 Stamp Duty 0.075 4.0625 One or two component has gone up in percentage. IPO is not subject to most of the charges above because it has a different reporting method when returns are made. You will get a summary once the allocation is done in respect of your holdings. Please remember that when you invest in IPO, you must exercise a lot of patience. It often takes undue amount of time before you get your stock certificate. Some people unable to part with their money (with little trace) for 2 years have given IPOs names (Its Probably Overpriced, Imaginary Profits Only, Insiders' Private Opportunity) to mention just few. Nonetheless never miss a good opportunity when you see one. Cheers
