I am new to programming Language, but i love to learn it so i decided to ask you guys whih programming course has the highest job availability in Nigeria

You may want to search the forum. It has been discussed a number of times. I believe the consensus was PHP. However, to learn software development at large, any of Java, .net, C++ can be chosen. If your focus is just to get job in naija, then check the other threads for what the folks are saying.

I don't think there is an instituition where you can learn software developement in Pratical. You will only need a one on one tutor and self developement.
