   Most Forum Scripts are NOT BUILT but installed with just one or two clicks!! the most difficult part is arranging and editing the 'matter' to suit you- and in the long run prevent it from crashing- but most likely prevent it from a parmanent crash (lol) that is master the art of backup and all that!! it depends on what you want- and why you want it. you seem to want it for two reasons from your post

2. money?? haa!!      you have two replies already- mine is the 3rd one!!

A.To install a forum is piece of cake i do that everyday (intalling and removing)its fun am even understudying spam bot members and their xteristics
B what you have to do after install is more complex- if you have to edit template, install mods and if care s not taken crash the whole site and God help you if there is no backup. in the long run you need some PHP/MySql know how except if you want to continue paying some folks to do it all your life.
C To make money- first you need to have many members enuff to generate constant traffic through their contribution of content
D then after step D you can sign up with an advert program last time i checked google adsense is the leading ad program- but i know about 1000 others cliksor bn a tough competitor- also abrite,bidvertiser among the rest.
