The application is controlled through a user-friendly interface, which any employee with Microsoft Word-level computer skills can master.

Users/staff log in to the application, select the type of document they plan to add or update, and then paste in the corresponding content, using formatting tools to add visual elements to the text. Graphics and hyperlinks can be attached, and relationships to other items can also be assigned at this time.

Different permission levels can be assigned, which give certain users/staff the ability to update content, but prevent them from publishing it to the site without approval.

Any type of content can be managed through our Website Easy Update including images, documents and external URLs.

The application puts you in control. Changes can be scheduled to take effect immediately or at a later date, certain sections of the site can be protected from modification and all revisions can be previewed before they go live.
