Afam, I hope you don't seriously believe this, or at least, have some doubts. Heard two elderly men discussing it on my way home last night. Speaking in pidgin, one was saying, "The Chinese don't have food; that is why they eat grasses, cockroaches and anything. When they come here, we treat them well but over there they eat black men." The other was replying, "ehneeeeen ehneeeeeeen!"

Here is my take:
1. The man is not African.
2. These are medical students practising on a donated cadaver, hence the white coats and all. Medical students outside our clime do that sort of thing.
3. These guys obviously have a wicked sense of humour so they decided to throw in some garnished plates of spathetti to create sensational pictures.
