Nairalanders: Help!

Nairalanders: I need your help,

A friend of mine just arrived the usa on a student visa and fortnately he just got his ssn and trying to apply for a job here but you know all jobs require experience and we've tried to get people to help him as reference;should incase the office calls to verify his experience.Frankly he has no experience but the job is something every privates and harry can do, taking care of disabled and elderly people.This is not CNA/HNA.

If you've got ideas or suggestions,please drop a line and we'll forever be grateful,i've read success stories on nairaland and i just thought of asking help from wise and experienced members like y'all!We need someone who would send in details so he can fill as reference on his application form and when the company calls,the reference corresponds.
