congrat if u r shortlisted for the ui post ume interactive and if u r not, still give thanx to God cos all hope is not lost and there is still room for change of course and even if u r not shortlisted in the end, atleast u r still alive and all hope is not lost. so cheer up man.
if u r shortlisted, i adviced u try and search tru my past post to see some of the advice i have given on how to scale tru d interactive session n u can call me as well, u can get my nos from my previous post.
for those that intend to change course, plz study the cutoff marks very well and consult b4 u change so that u will not lose d last chance.
But guys wey dey shorlisted, una bad or Good oh? d cut off was high oh and una still make am,congrat sha and Read wella n intelligently cos u have got to prove your self on thursday how u get the result.
Hey if u r a muslim or (a female christian who can dress decently and use a scrarf to cover her head), note that the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria, university of Ibadan branch will be organising a pre interactive session on wednesday at the Ui central Mosque, by 2pm , so come around, u r invited as well n come and meet the best brain and experience uite that can guide u to success in your interactive session if God wills. pls what is the meaning of ELDS on the cut off mark. because I reach some of the cut off in merit, locality and elds but I was'nt shortlisted. course psycology second choise

[b][/b] i did not see my name on the shortlisted names for petroleum enginnering . after calculating my ume and my ssce they both sum up to 55.5. pls any body have any advise to render to my that will help me this year, presently i am actually thinking of change of course

How are going to calculate this fucking average. I scored 227 in UME I apply for psychology this is my o'level result ENG C6, MATH C6, BIO C6, AGRIC C6, ACCT B2, ECONS B2, GEO B3 YOR B3 COMMERCE B3

hello for u to be able to calculate the avearage u need to sum up your both score from your ume and your five most relivant subjects to gether.
A1: 12
B2: 10
B3: 8
C4: 6
C5: 4
C6: 2
While for the ume score u need to divide it by 10 e.g 227/10 to give u 22.7
then add 22.7 with your scce score u will get your average

What's the meaning of these locality stuff on UI's cut-off mark? I think its clearly stated on the Jamb brochure that UI has all states of the country as its catchment or locality. So which states are now referred to as its locality now? Anyone with info?

Funkystanl thank you, it is clearly stated that UI has every states as their catchment area, and the fact that some states did not have enough school does not means that their cut off should be that low.

my younger sister scored 239 in UME and had all her O'level, but choose UI as her second choice. She just bought the scratch card today, is there any chance for pple that choose UI as second choice too? Can they be allowed to write the post UME plz? I need reply asap my pple.

No one has gotten a notification via e-mail, if u re not in d 1st list wait till mid Nov when d 2nd list wil b out 4 ds dt choose ui as dr 2nd choice. Always check ui web 4 more details
