Standard Chartered Bank And Visa Electron Cards
« on: October 25, 2009, 09:27 AM »

I need an internationally accepted card and the stories I hear about the Nigerian banks' cards are not encouraging. I am considering opening a Standard Chartered Domiciliary account with a VISA electron card. Is this way better than the other banks' cards?
Standard Chartered is asking for $2000 as minimum opening balance. That's a bit on the high side.
