Absolute rubish, misplaced priorities, how the hell is Microsoft gonna help, if not another way to waste our lil money again, there are internet fraud  round the world, are they gonna block every Email originating from Nigeria or what,oh didNo one remind WAZIRI  that microsoft dont control the Net,? they aint the only producers of Operating systems, so if windows tacke fraud what about the other operating systems? as far as we got internt, there is always gonna be cyber crime,i think the way 4ward  is to empower our youths, the Govt of the day should encourage private investment and growth so that there will be more employment. If we are wise, we should take a leaf from the modern world how they help the unemployed  and aid their citizens.
