Torn Between Two Ladies, Am Confused

Hi folks, thanks for taking your time to read this and help me out. Am afraid that for security reasons, names have been changed. My name is Alex and am a bit confused here. Matter of fact, am getting depressed and i don't know which turn to take. I met this girl called Evania, around March this year and we became friends. I think we fell in love with each other and started dating, but not until 3 months ago! Trust me, am ready for marriage and I know what i want in a lady. I will tell the whole truth, her cell got damaged 2 weeks after we started dating or should i say courting, and i had to get her a new cellphone, something i had done once before and actually got burnt. So that is all you need to know about Evania, apart from the fact that, she's a Northerner and she's a very humble person, and i love her for that. It may also interest you to know that she is slim and fair and 5' 6" tall and she behaves like a typical "virgin", i guess you know what i mean. Am not saying am trying to have sex with her oh!
But there is this girl in my church, we worship together and her name is Princess, 5' 7" tall, dark, average figure but wow! she's got busts that would make your jaws drop, just the perfect thing for me. Very smart, smarter than Evania and recently she's been flirting with me, I was like thinking my brother was interested in her, but when i asked him, he only told me he wasn't and if i liked her, i could try her out. So we had a date and damn, i won't lie, this lady really likes me, and am getting to like her too. But we are age mates, while am 4 years older than Evania. We started hanging out as friends, but i think this is really heading somewhere else, She's wild when it comes to romance, i swear, we've not had sex, cos; am not a sex freak, but we've done any other thing in the book depicting romance (tho' i have not seen her nudity). My problem here is that, am getting romantically and emotionally attached to Princess, as she always has time to spend with me, and my family knows her more than Evania. Evania is always busy with work and we see only on weekends, in contrast to Princess whom i see like 3 times a week. They say out of sight, out of mind, am am really starting to forget who Evania is.
I don't know if this is a big problem but am feeling rather guilty ditching Evania for Princess, although Princess has the qualities i would consider, so far so good, to a greater deal than Evania
Honestly am confused here, I am thinking of telling Evania that it's over between us (and I thank God we didn't have sex), but i don't want to hurt her feelings. I am more attached to Princess now and I don't know if its the right thing. So far so good, i have not seen anything bad with her but i don't know if she's only concealing her bad side. I know everybody has a bad side, by the way she's a Yoruba girl, and am from the Eastern part of Nigeria. Evania is still in school and she has found out that am seeing somebody else, while, Princess and I are already graduates,and Princess doesn't know Evania at all.
Please in the name of God, I beseech you, to advice me just as you would advice your brothers and sisters at home. Negative and derogatory  remarks are also welcome as they serve as constructive criticism.
Am so confused and I need to get settled down soon, with the right marriage mate.

Try and get to know Princess very well before u break up with the Hausa girl. Princess for all I know(might be wrong), might be pretending just to get what she wants, u/, try to mellow your feelings for her and attention towards her so u can really get 2 know who she is. b/w, dont be carried away by her butt and wild behaviour towards romance
