Sometimes you guys can't seem to stop surprising me. That the light went off during the match is no news, what would be considered news is that through out the duration of the games, light never went off for once. So NAIJA, carry on, it's a normal thing here.

na todaaaaaaaaay?
Did u really expect 9ja to give electricity during match? Abeg jo!
Infact sef i dont c nigeria going green anytime soon. This one that every 8 houses out of 9 have generators that pollute the air.

Did u c the turn out sef? More ppl showed up for this match than nigeria's match. To show u dat nigeria still has the 'whiteman-thing-better-pass-our-own' mentality.

The sad part is that this incident is unlikely to sting our leaders, much less embarrass them. Because if our leaders were embarrassed by these repeated embarrassing moments, they would have changed Nigeria.

Maybe the back-up generators did not have diesel, or maybe the could not find the spare-part needed to fix the generator's mechanical problem.
