I say No because there is the risk of passing it down to your children and then making them surfer all through life. woman who are HIV positive do have Heathy babies Even if both of us are HIV. i mean there are different types.
. you are absolutely correct just because two people are positive that does not mean they can be together with out condoms because one virus can be different from the other.

now if we were both positive, then that is a different issue
@coco29 it takes the hand of God for a woman with HIV to give birth to a Healthy child. and the fact that there are drugs now makes it possible for them to have healthy babies, but for those who don't have access to the drugs i don't see how they can't pass it down to their kids

i guess i should not generalise, however in Barbados and st Vincent and here in the UK women who are positive do give birth to healthy babies.
