Does Anyone Know About Grid Computing?

Hi everyone, i'm currently thinking of having my final year project on grid computing. please does anyone have any idea about this area of computing? any information will be appreciated particularly in the area of project topics. thanx

Here's Wikipedia grid computing page. I've e-book on clusters, Beowulf in particular. Grid computing is complex (requires large network - internet for example) and i don't know how you are going to single handedly build/present that unless your main interest is just theory. But you can narrow it down to clustering (i prefer Beowulf clusters) and can actually build clusters to demonstrate your project. I can help or point to where you can get help on that.
