You're dating (guy/girl) and you reckon that this person is the sweetest, most down to earth individual ever, then by chance you find out that your girl/guy is one of those individuals on NL who jump from one thread to another insulting people in a vile manner like some razzite; Would you put it down to being a prankster, or consider it as a reflection of the person nature?

Well NL is definitely not a reflection of most people's character!
Maybe it's kind of an alter ego, but I hardly judge people based on what they say here. Someone might appear to be the perfect spouse here but actually a jerk in real life . . . and vice versa!

Razzite ( to me) someone who doesn't have to try to be careless with words and actions, it comes Naturally. And if you're wondering why the thread, i was jus curious as to whether people are intentionally being silly on NL or if thats just who they are. |

Whilst some people are one dimensional (relative), i believe some people have more layers either intriguing or boring. It could be small part of the person or like Uju said, an alter ego. OR like some people, the internet provides. . .hmmm dutch courage to let lose

guys, have u noticed how the likes of lice, ujujoan and ezzine sidestepped the issue of the thread being a waste of time, i just wonder what their response would have been had a guy posted this sort of thread,

hmmm, there are very few people who put down their views without resulting to insults. It gets to the point where the anonymity makes it to easy for people to get carried away and i wonder, is that how they associate with their friends. I'm no saint, so i can either brush it off or be sucked in by some careless comments. Anyway, i was just curious~ |

I'll consider it as part of the person's nature. I would continue the relationship if the person's intelligent though and he keeps his foul language from me. I would desist from dating him if he's someone like Tumfulu. |

Yea . . who's the guy? forget about what I will think, and tell us your story I would like to hear it. Lol!!! Ladies why wud you want to curse me like that ? Please i haven't been unfortunate/ fortunate  to meet someone like that, but i just had to figure out if the likes of 'Mr Kanye West' were messing around, or if they are REAL  . Hmmm, but your thoughts have got me thinking, seeing as NL is quite popular i'm sure there are people who've come across some 'alter egos' on NL and i do hope they tell  |
