Managing Director
The successful candidate, who shall be experienced in the capacity banking and finance or accounting profession, with demonstrable management competencies, shall lead, direct and be at the forefront of setting the pace in the bank.  S/he shall oversee the entire coordination of the bank’s daily activities, generate strategies for competitiveness in the microfinance sector and be able to develop standards for sustenance of the corporate image of the company. In addition, s/he must also possess the following:

•   Strong leadership and managerial skills
•   Excellent  business acumen and drive
•   Broad knowledge of  issues
•   Must be versatile and goal oriented.

•   Ability to take delegate and monitor
•   Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
•   Ability to  demonstrate strong project management skills
•   Previous leadership experience
•   Minimum of  5 - 7 years cognate experience
•   Not more than 40 years old
