correct me If am wrong but this looks like 2003 model though this may not affect the price.
The headrest of the middle back seat for 2005 is not that high and the vin (tenth figure) says 3 meaning 2003.

From the date on the seatbelt it states that it is an 05 model,
I guess there are close similarities as usual with close models but with additional details that make it 2005.
