Guys! What Should Come First After Hitting Money,buying A Car Or Getting Married

Hi all. I have noticed that when most guys get good money, the first thing that comes to their mind is buying a car instead of planning on how to get married first and later buy a car.

Guys why is it so

Money first,all other things comes after.With d nigerian ladies that only loves sweet things,they will not look at urside without cash.Even when u marry what will u use to takia of your wife&kids.To me money first

This is exactly what i did. I own a house of my own (flats with Tenants fully occupied) before i even thought about buying a car. You see, a car is not an investment. Once you purchase one, it looses its value (turns to second hand even though you have not even drove it) but a house appreciates as time goes buy. A wife is a good option but you need resources (i mean money) to get a wife and maintain her plus the incoming kid(s) of the union.
Get a house first, if you really need a car, let it be that it is a neccessity and not for luxury. With that, you are settled because money only stays with one who manages it properly.
Secondly, a happily married couple will be better off leaving in their own house than driving a luxury car and paying rents. Same for a Bachelor. If you live in your own house, there is no more landlord wahala.
