The reason why there are no quick response to many of these request is because, there are no properties matching them and the offers are far from the price. The best advice i will give to many of the nairalnders that are looking for apartment at a reasonable price is to look outside the mainland and the island. Explore ikorodu town See my post on prices for apartment. you'll be glad you did. thats where i live too and i have my office at ikeja.
