Can anyone give some info on possible financial implication,
successful aplicants you've known and rate of success?
possible duration,
tips to a successful application, etc
A friend introduced me to this, someone please shed some light!

Most of the time, this requires you to secure a job in Canada first, and the company will file what is called LMO (Labor Market Opinion) and if the LMO is approved, the files is sent to Canadian Embassy and you will apply from Lagos, however, if your medicals are fine and everything else is aiight, doesnt take much time at all.
It is not easy, but it is not impossible.

Put up some more info and you will get some advice you can use. Age, single or married, employment status in naija, etc. It is easy to apply if your occupation is on the list (check cic website). The real deal is post-immigration.
