Funds For Very Short Term Investment

I am into construction.

Recently, I just had a very big client. You will know him but I cant just say his name in a forum.
He is a very big and well known developer.

I was lucky to get some slots to develop from him.

But the agreement is you I get paid immediately after every valuation.

I just need some funds to start off for about 4 weeks thereabout before the first valuation.

I have some funds but I need a little more.

On the contrary, I also need advice on where I can get very short term loans. I hear there are some private individuals in venture capitalism. Infact I meet one here before but can rmbr his details again.  Tnx all.
