A Better And Cheaper Place To Cure Fistula In-ano

I had a surgery in August for the above named infection at the Military Hospital in Yaba. Up till now, it still seems the pain persists. The pus still comes out and feel serious pain. Can anyone advse me where i can get a cheaper and better hospital to carry out another. Or a good doc in the house wanna advise me on dos and donts. Please i need your assistance.
