Please I Need Info About Medical Related Courses/careers In Overseas Schools

I need info on the medical related courses outside Nigeria at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, i am a student of human anatomy and my other friends biochemistry and physiology, but i do not really know what the options that are available to us after we graduate so as to make something very meaningful out of our career since we do not get the same preference as medical doctors. its not that i have not gone to the internet but the information we need seems sort of hard to find. please if you have some info about what exactly medical students like me can do to further as second degree, please help me out. i would appreciate your site suggestions
