I am touched,  These are the breed of citizens deserving of our national awards! Unfortunately, national honors are issued with a different set of criteria these days!

         who can lead us aright but will the system allow us to find them?

As far as i'm concerned, thats no news.
She could be honest, but she could also have been scared it'd be discovered

A while back, there was this story about a nigerian laundry man in a hotel in abuja or benue state (cant remember) that returned
the equivalent of 70 million naira in dollars and pound sterling notes that was stashed in the jacket pocket of a retired ivorian general which he gave him to wash.

70 fcuking million bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now thats honesty!

He was given a 14 inch teevee and 20 thousand naira as reward  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

You only have to read the parts in black color, the rest is not so important to the story.

Kudos to her.
May God bless her and her type.
There are honest Nigerians just as there are dishonest ones.
I'll always remember a 21-yr old ibo okada rider that gave me a #30 ride sometime last year, collected a #500 note from me and went in search of change unaccosted. I intentionally did this. It was a great surprise when exactly 20 mins later he came back with #470 change right there in his hand. He had visited more than 4 petrol filling stations before he finally got the change.
Unfortunately such people are hardly ever celebrated, only the criminals.

GOD bless NIGERIA.

@Posts

I have said it the Loud Negative militant few would never want this to be true as it destroys their classification and stereotyping of nigerians.

Just read behind you aand then go to other threads like the one on Ribadu Lodging $15 million as evidence, If a thief is caught it must be his language that made him steal but if a man does good they try to destroy him.  Some family members of this woman would even want to slap her AS IF THE MONEY WILL NOT FINISH.

THE POSITIVE MILITANT FEW must not keep quiet, it is a battle not with guns but with words we must win. People that have benefitted from dishonesty are pricked in their heart when they hear this. Just take note of the next few posts.
