Man 45, Rapes Girls In Public Toilet

A 45-year-old man, Peter Ismaila, father of an eight-year-old-girl was nabbed in a public toilet while raping two under aged girls at the same time.

P.M.News learnt that Ismaila lured the two innocent girls into Kurmin-Gwari Primary School toilet at about 5p.m. on a Saturday and raped them one after the other. To achieve his aim, he gave both girls N150. It was after he had lured them with the money that he dragged them into a nearby primary school toilet and raped them.

P.M.News also gathered that after he had finished raping his first victim, aged 12, and was on his second victim aged 11, she screamed when he forced his penis into her, thereby alerting the school security guard who ran to the scene, broke the toilet door, only to meet Ismaila in action. He was nabbed and handed over to the police.

Kaduna Police Commissioner, Tambari Yabo Mohammed, informed P.M.News that the two girls were sent on an errand to Kurmin-Gwari, Kakuri market to buy soya beans, when Ismaila called them and gave them N150  to share after which he requested that they follow him into the nearby primary school toilet, where he defiled the two  little girls.

The police boss also said medical examination conducted on the two girls confirmed that Ismaila raped them.

When P.M.News questioned Ismaila on why he descended so low to the point of raping under aged girls he could have as children, he said: “I don’t know what went into me, it is the devil’s work.” I have an eight year old daughter like them, the devil pushed me into it,” adding that when he saw the girls, something moved him to have sex with them.

According to his story, he became so restless that he couldn’t control his sexual urge at that particular time, adding that the girls too didn’t help matters as they yielded to his demand to have sex with the both of them at the same time.

I hate to say this, but the age becomes insignificant when there is consent! Prosecuting the man for sleeping with underaged girls is fine, but the prima facie of the story does not imply rape to me! Sorry

Your analysis says pedophilia and not rape.
Both offences are inhuman and attracts severe punishment in a sane society. However, Bibiking1 is asking that the man's crime to be called what it is; PEDOPHILIA!

fine, they are minors. according to the story, the first girl was raped en didnt shout to alert the grauds not even the oda girl , who was waiting 'in turn' to be 'raped'.
