please i had lyk y'al 2 give me hints on less fatty foods i cn b taken, am turning out 2 b fat nd i dnt lyk it, i nid 2 watch my weight.

if you mean low carb foods then cut down on white rice, starchy stuff, oils etc.

~Some Healthy low-fat foods that are Good sources of naturally low fat foods include:

Oats
Rice
Fruits
Pasta
Beans
Grapes
Spinach
Lettuce
Carrots
Vegetables
Tomatoes
Egg whites
Grean peas
Watermelon
Strawberries
Whole wheat
Wheat bread
Baked potatoes
Oatmeal cookies*
Grains such as couscous
Breakfast cereals (most brands)

u mentioned white egg, haw abt d yoke?

~You've got an option to eat Brown Rice instaed. . it has more  fibre than white rice & considered healthy than white rice. .

~Brown rice also contains nutrients like magnesium, manganese, and zinc. White rice has reduced levels of these nutrients, but is often fortified with iron, and some B vitamins. . You can google info on benefits/find out more

~Grilled,Bolied Potatoes are good. . check out some healthy easy-to-make recipes
