Need Info On Accomodation In Capetown

Am heading to capetown to ṣtudy but av got issues with accomodation.initially i had planned to stay with a relative but he says he stays in beauvallon village west beach which is far from observatory where my sch is located.so av bin cheaking out places online and the prices re crazy! I reli need help&clarity from people who re familiar with the ct area.R3000 per month is way above my range. 1,2 has reli helped(thks bro) but i need more advice.

Areas around observatory are quite expensive. From your poster I guess you will most likely be studying at UCT. All the same, I will drop a link here for you, you can use it to secure accommodation. Just bear in mind that its going to cost you lots more than we pay back home in Nigeria. Concentrate on Mowbray areas, its a stone throw from Observatory, and Nigerians are quite a few there as well. I stay in Belhar which is about 20 - 30 mins from Observatory. Good luck
