All you need is to take a grown up view of what he said

Which is, lawlessness is a recipe for Anarchy.

A situation where Andy Ubah can buy over a whole appeal court judges to overturn the apex court as well as provide a ruling contrary to the provisions of the constitution is a recipe for anarchy and confusion.

If the above does not worry you anymore than the fact that Ojukwu uttered the phrase 'civil war' then all I can say to you is to grow up.

yea civil  war sounds pretty nice
The country is bad and civil war is what is needed. I totally agree with the commander in chief.
So lets have one.

Its pretty clear you will rather be driven by prejudices than discuss real issues

I have no interest in having a conversation with a dinning table.

Everything I said sounds reasonable and clear for any sensible person to understand.
You tried to bring up the issue of the judicial system in Nigeria which at that point clearly showed you trying to evade the underlying crux of the article( the possible:commander in chief and civil war if pdp wins election). But if the guy is going to raise a civil war if pdp wins anambra, then so be it Grin.

I have NO prejudice against anyone hes his own guy.  I didnt analyze his character, I analyzed simply what was being said in the article. If people cant have an opinion about an article being posted on NL maybe the creator should shut it down.

Ojukwu is a noisemaker.
He is no different from the rest of the elite, always seeking personal glory.
He should go and rest in the bosom of Bianca.
He is a spent force.

O soo true but its the politics section. People dont care about russia iraq but politics are universal, they affect everyone whether one cares or not . I just found it funny for real. Civil war effect everyone, If it were the Emir of sokoto tellin all muslims that he might lead a civil war it would be no different. n plus i like readig funny stuff by posters

This will change- Edo was pdp now AC, Ondo was PDP now LB, so  . . . everyone should cool down and not take people into war.

Can't wait for a civil war- at least I can capitalize on it and write a novel describing my experience during this war in the comfort of outside naija-while the cannibals tear themselves apart

I think instead of you waiting for ojukwu to take up arms, you should do so yourself by coming back to naija straigh and start another civil war  Undecided

Hi MikeAnsy,

I want to say thanks for your comments on this thread, I've been wondering if

pple actually read properly before responding to a thread.

People tend to reply by headlines/ thread titles and not by the content of the thread itself

Well done  Mikeansy!

Pls can someone tell Mr Ojukwu to pls have a rest and learn how to use other words than "Civil War" "Civil War" all the time for God sake? If he's tired of living there is freedom to die let him go off by himself. I am so sick of him and can't imagine someone said Ibo will follow him, follow him to where? So is War, Trouble and Rebellion a pride? Pls this is our generation I mean generation of the youth where we youth mingles, interact with each other with love and No Tribalism, we marry each other with no problem we dance the current day musics from Yoruba,Ibo,Hausa and so on and we are happy enough so anybody who is tired of living let him go and "die" and go to "hell". Tell Mr Civil War Preacher(Ojukwu) to go to hell with his message of war and war all the time.

Exactly,  does he think this is the 60's, does he think that a Civil war just starts at the flick of a switch, its not known for a country to have 2 seperate wars because they learn their lesson after the first one but if he (Ojukwu) feels bold enough to start another one and has the backing, I am quite confident that it wont last 3 years may be 3 days if he is lucky,

If Nigerians didnt have such feeble memories, people like Ojukwu shouldnt ever have a say in ANY matter in Nigeria ever again. The last civil war he called for and ran off to England to sit out, is what the Nation is still recovering from.
Thats how they jump up and down shouting rubbish. Tomorrow they say theyre educated.

This story has been overblown by the media. . . . what Ojukwu is saying is that anything which contravenes the constitution can lead to conflict. . . . simple.
