Stomarch Noising

gud-day,dis is my first time of posting,and i wouldn`t mind if somebody in the house can tell me what are d major causes of stomarch noising and what  drog can one use to conbart it? cos  have been expressing it some time,some people say i should d-worm,that i have down yet i hear the noise after eating/drinking.your  quick response  is very impotant ,thanks
