It's normal, that's how people know when they're ovulating.

I am sure I have answered this before!!!
Benefits 1. You dont have to get washed or dressed up for it
              2. You dont have to take it to dinner
              3. You dont have to make small talk for your sexual gratification
List is endless
Against  1. All what you mama told you about masturbation is true  Cool!!!!

Couldn't resist it Kathy. Was checking out kiva.org as you suggested. Is it kosher!! Would my details be safe with them if I donated. I have heard of such things. So much easier to donate if you can give cash or pay at bank without divulging all your details on the internet

@balogun

It is kosher.  I use paypal so my info isn't revealed to them.  I've been with them for over a year sans difficulty.  I'm trying to get one of the organizations to open up communications with the women in my village.  We'll see:)

Hello Naijaking1 and everyone in the house,

I have been having this joint pain for quite some time now, the one I complained about the other still comes and go (pain in my right femur) but in the past two weeks, all the major joint in the left part of my body have been giving me pains. From the wrist to the elbow to the knee and even the pelvic region (all in the left part of my body). At first I thought it was calcium deficiency so I started taking calcium tablets but it gave with little results. The knee and elbow is worse and gives me hell. Pls I need help!!!

Joint pain makes me think of arthritis. You need to go in and have a doctor checkout those achey joints. I would be careful about taking excess calcium supplement, despite what supplement sellers would have you believe. You could develop kidney stones with too much calcium in your body.

Head ring-worm or tinea capitis is very hard to treat. While basic hygiene is important, the essential ingredient for the therapy is griseofluvin. I usually prescribe the tablets for upto 6 months, before it's finally eliminated or the child makes enough body hormones to produce the type of sweat that naturally kills the fungus. Only topical application on the head usually fails to treat the infection adequately.

I have reduced the calcium intake and I'll go for a general checkup ASAP but is it related with my chest pain? Cos  lately when I sleep at  night, barely few hours into the sleep, my whole body shakes and then I wake up suddenly. My heartbeat is fast even at rest and someone scared me yesterday with the fact that sleep apnea can lead to stroke. Am I safe?

Sleep apnea can make your heart beat faster as a result of lack of oxygen, and or elevated amount of carbon dioxide. Do they have BIPAP machines in Nigeria? Check with your doctor about getting one of these machines if your apnea continues.

I dont think BIPAP machine is availaible in Nigeria but how much does it cost? if it's not more than 100 -200 dollars then I can get my cousin to send me one. I googled and I think I have finally gotten a cure but let me what options are availaible and how much they cost.

Thank you

And if your heart rate is more than 60 beats per minute then it would be pumping more than once every second!!!

You may have conjunctivitis which maybe contagious. If you have yellowish/purulent discharge it means there's some bacterial secondary colonization. Antibiotic eye drops maybe helful, but please see your M.D for a good exam if you have more concerns.

The smell of the vagina is primarily determined by the type of bacteria colonizing it. Depending upon your age, sexual maturity/activity, hormonal status, the vagina could have varying degrees of acid smell from the bacteria lactobaccilus. Infection, contamination, or lack of hygiene may and could alter the delicate equilibrium between 'good' and 'bad' bacteria in the vagina; causing bad odour. Knowledge of this microbiological background is important, because it lies at the root making a malodourous vagina smell good again. Vinegar is acidic, and it may temporarily restore the acidity of the vagina, but it is not recommended as a therapeutic regimen. The best therapy if you have no complicating medical condition is good hygiene, good hygiene, and more good hygiene.
