Hide My Ip Address

I need a software that could mask or change my IP address.  I need to visit some sites and my IP would not access the site but if I go on a different IP, it opens there.

try using multi proxy but remember if you use this for evil then nemesis would catcch up with you

One cannot help but wonder why many US Websites Block Nigerian IPs. They have only succeeded in serving the interest of folks in the proxy server business.
