« on: November 04, 2009, 01:47 AM »

I was talking 2 a friend & he defined love as sex?
We asked a lot of people & u will be amazed by people's defination of love.
I decided 2 bring dis ? Here 2 hear your own defination of Love.

Define love in your own term.

Love can be defined as an emotion that simply doesnt exist, it is usually seen in movies or raggedy novels but it most definitely doesnt exist Smiley

you're being overly sensitive. That was not an "attack" . . . you cant claim to be merely giving an "opinion" when you're making a very broad generalization that love doesn't exist. Does that mean the rest of us who think love exists are ignorant?

Sorry o i think he was just saying you are wrong,  Love is a feeling of strong attachment and preeminent kindness or devotion to another. Its more but i don't really think words would do justice to its definition,  You'll know when it hits u trust me. Wink

Im sorry but that was a subtle attack, you could have just said you disagreed and stated why rather than attempt to belittle my comment. if it makes you feel better though,  Some folks stay power-tripping on a forum Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided

To fall in love. . . .With the right person is one of the greatest things one can experience.
Its so wonderful,. . . .Knowing that you have someone who cares when things are not right is really sweet.
Knowing that there is someone out there who shares your feeling, cares about your total well being. . .

Someone who sees you for who you really are. . . . . . .
Someone who completely understands every flaws you may posses and yet sticks with you regardless

Uhm. . . .I tell you, Its one of the best things in life.
But i have prayed never to make that grave mistake of falling in love ever and ever. . . . Again.

@Ebonyeyes,
Your statement should have been like dis; i haven't experienced it, so i don't know anything about it.
In my own opinion, love is an unsafe bridge but those who walk thru it will never be disappointed.

Love is a practical and sacrificial thing it's not something you say with your mouth and do the opposite later.

Love can be defined as knowing who someone is (be it good or bad) and regardless of his/her status, you accept that person for whom he/she is and become willing to carry his or her burden together.
