Why Has Some Universities Released Their Admission List

It is very sad not to be blamed on the schools but the ASUU strike that some Universities which wrote before others which has released their Admission list has not still brought to limelight prospective students which have been admitted into the School.
Amongst them are: Uniuyo, Delsu, Ndu, Lasu, ebsu and a lot to mention.
what are their reasonable explanations for the delay?
