I Am Dying 2 Write Sat,but How?

i am daniel from makurdi,nigeria,i got admission in the UK,due 2 start sept 2007,i want to write SAT,i got a contact,from their website which is Touche limited,but all the calls i make don't go through,how can i get the form.   

Unfortunately you cannot register online if you are testing in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, or Togo. Security Concerns.

To test in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, or Togo, you must:
Submit your paper registration with payment made to The College Board with a check drawn on a US. Bank, US. Postal Service money order, international money order, UNESCO coupon, or a bank draft. No credit cards are allowed in these countries.

Students from Nigeria may choose to register for the SAT through a representative.
To register through an SAT Representative, complete the paper Registration Form and enclose it in the envelope bound to the center of the International Edition of the SAT Registration Booklet. Print the name and address of the appropriate SAT Representative on the blank label provided, and place it over the College Board SAT Program address on the envelope.
