Rent Financing Plan/company People (@ Lawyer Too)

You know, I've been wondering why banks and other asset financing companies have auto and property financing products and all, but never a rent financing!
At the Lagos Island where I live and work, getting a meaningful accommodation is as good as parting with a minimum of N2million by the time one pays for the normal 2 years. by the time he does the furnishing, the total would have neared N4million (I mean for the average upwardly mobile class of course).
So, what if I rather chose to finance my accommodation as a priority to going for a car finance, are there companies that can finance about N3million house renting and furnishing project at an instalmental repayment plan with the normal 30% equity deposit?
