funny enough we had a fall out as he thought i was still hooking up with my ex, and he didnt speak to me for about two days, he ignored me when i went to work only time spoke to me was when he was handing out tasks, but things are back to normal now,

thats what i'm talking about. if things dnt go smoothly, u guys will hardly be able to work smoothly again. colleagues are no go area, unless u have made up your mind to leave the coy.

i know he's serious about being in a relationship with me, he's been talking about getting married, having kids blah blah blah im already searching for a new job because when (if) it gets out i'll feel really uncomfortable at work,  my colleagues are the biggest gossipers i've ever come acrros thus far more over the hate the boss and he's very strick and doesnt but up with bullsh**t

More reason u don't wanna be in a work place relationship, the talk gets around and can be very malicious.
