LOCAL SALES UNIT BUSINESS ANALYST.Job Summary The Person will support all channels to coordinate finance expenditure and customer credit management tasks within the local sales unit. The Business Analyst supports the local sales units to achieve spending efficiency and enforces SOX compliance
Responsibilities / Accountabilities• Control spending within budget and analysis variance for actual vs LE vs STP and hightlight the major discrepancy.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities within the organisation and actively drive cost reduction projects resulted in quantifiable cost saving
• Monthly deviation report prepare and continuously improve the process in according with SOX compliance
• Overall credit management including annual customer credit review, new customer credit check, credit release, A/R management, customer financing;
Tool Knowledge
Business Object-report, Hyperion (PRS), Good Excel knowledge, flash knowledge, R/3 knowledge, CC tool, LEAP
Qualifications• University level degree in Business with 6yrs experience in finance and/or sales analysis
