Job Purpose:

Supports all sales related jobs, such as sales, customer service, and marketing.

Duties:

* Manage existing customers to maintain high customer satisfactions
* Handle sales inquiry

* Schedule appointment for outside sales reps

* Make cold calls and mail out brochure to prospective customers

* Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
* Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
