How To Have A Perfect First Date
« on: November 06, 2009, 05:21 PM »

1---- The night before the D-day must be like the other nights, try not to sleep thinking too much about it, because you might wake up looking very anxious,

2--- Never wear something new cause it might put you under some pressure, wear what you are sure of and comfortable in,

3---- Avoid to much perfume , a gentle smelling body spray would help, you never know your date might be allergic to some brand of perfume,

4----- Call your date a day before that day, just trying to familiarize yourself with the voice,

5---- Go get a perfect spot before the day, get a place or space that attracts little distractions , a quiet and serene spot ,

6--- Get to the place 20mins before time, your date must not be kept waiting,

7---- When she appears stand up with a real smile, don't look to surprise, because it might make her uncomfortable,

8---- After the hellos, never forget to give a genuine compliment like "YOU LOOK WONDERFUL",

9---- You don't sit before your date, after she might have been comfortably sitted, then you can sit,

10--- On the table try to maintain a steady eye contact, mustn't be to much, at that time she is your priority,

Things you shouldn't talk about on your first date,
1--- Past relationships, it could spoil the mood and bring back memories,
2---- Politics
3--- Religion
and sometimes SPORTS, because both of you might hold very diverse views about this topics, so to avoid arguments and confrontations, do away with any of this topics,

11--- Don't do all the talking and don't do all the listening, rather let it be balanced,

12-- Try not to sound judgemental, don't be to critical, you can disagree with her view in a very polite way,

13-- Pour her drink if the need arises,

14-- Be as sincere as possible when asked a question, don't pretend you know, if you don't know please let her know you don't know after all we are humans,

15---Diffuse tension with some light jokes, don't try do impress her, if you don't have a good sense of humour then try something else,

16---After the date accompany her home, don't try to enter, stay at the door and give her a soft kiss on her cheek, that should be all don't expect too much,

17---When you get home before she sleeps call and tell her how much you enjoyed her company,
