It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in
So the earth was known to be round in Bible days.
1-1-09: Also, in the book of Job Chap. 26 it says, "He hangeth the earth upon nothing, " So Job knew the earth was hanging out in space by nothing. okay some miss interpret these verses , isaiah 11:12, where he mention four conners of the earth , please think about NORTH, SOUTH, EAST AND WEST that it's what he mean okay
