the system gives this error message the file is too large cant do merw than 200mb or so

Right click on the pix and select edit, or open the file with paint, from the menu at the top click on Images and select Resize/Skew and in the horizontal and vertical boz, enter something like 25% in both depending on how big the file is.
Then click ok, the save that one and come and load.
