i got a call from NLNG today, asking me of my state of origin .anyone got such call.

I also got the call last Friday. I wonder what it was all about. At first I thought I had made a mistake in my application. Now I know better. My opinion is that they might have started shortlisting for the test.

Yes o! I also receive a call from LNG on the f5th and 8th of January, 2007 demanding for my state of Origin. Anybody with any news on what's happening.

Guys,relax.
I believe those being called failed to include their states of origin in their applications.
That's indeed a sure indication that shortlisting has commenced.
Keep your fingers crossed and pray to be invited for the test.

I have a few comments though, I've noticed that most times, when people ask for information especially regarding test or interview formats, the usual response that they get is something like " When did you apply"? "Can i still apply"? "where is the venue"? "I applied sometime ago but havent got a response

temi i agree with you somtimes i think the rational behind this forum is fogotten. but you can't blame anyone when you consider the high unemployment in the country besides i know someone who gate crashed at an interview and he was the only 1 taken, so fellas anyway is a way.

people, there is no cause for alarm if u have not been contacted. i heard from a very reliable source in their HR unit that a test will be conducted in Feb and that if u are <28yrs old and graduated with a 2.1 and above u will definitely be invited. so, no need for panic just yet.
