Jamb And Law Course

I wants to apply for admission in University of Lagos to read Law, but my problem is this:there was a time news was flying about that only those who have bagged first degree can apply for law in the University. So now is this true or false? Can I go on and buy my JAM Form? or do I chose another course? Waiting your reply,
