Beyonce and Shalira and both are good dancers.
If i could chose on of them i would chose Shakira because she shakes her hips like never before.
Why i chose Shakira because I was taught how to shake my hips like Shakiraq by my girlfriend her name is Melissa Ann Seaden.

First, she makes her own moves (like the one in La tortura when she is pumping her chests, she made that up).
Second, she is wayyyy more flexible than Beyonce.

Beyonce is not flexible at all. She forces to dance, it doesn't even fit her. Oh how I hate her voice and her dancing. . Shakira has the moves for sure!!!
