Mandarin In Vogue.

Heard that the language in vogue now is Mandarin,Chinese official language.That about 30 million folks are learning according to the BBC.Are you learning or preparing to learn too considering the boom in China.

You know, U1, given how many people speak Mandarin, I'm quite surprised that it hasn't become more of an international tongue.  I, too, would bet that, as China becomes more of a "world player" in financial and economic terms, more countries will be increasing their national fluency in the language.

By the way, for the as yet unenlightened among us, what does "shan shun shin wa" mean?
