« on: January 12, 2007, 03:49 PM »

Hello friends,

I recently inserted a flash into my usb port ( the flash was problematic)  to ascertain whether it will work on my pc. it didn't. After then, it was like my usb was disabled by the flash becuase no other flash is being recorgnised by my pc. Waht should i do? Any suggestions?

try checking your usb ports in control panel if they are present. it should be something not that serious

at control panel click system then click the hardware tab and finally click device manager. look out for universal serial bus controller from here you would see if windows still recognises your ports and if there's a problem or not
