Oil & Gas Investment;What do u think?

Hello Friends,

I urgently and candidly need your professional advice and suggestions.
I have a business friend who I made over the internet in the Middle East. He is interested in going into biz partnership with me and has asked me to source for some Oil and Gas servicing companies in Nigeria that handle certain jobs in the Middle East.

The Company I work for is into some of such services and I am experienced in them. But my friend is requesting a partnership with my own company that does not yet carry out such services, yet I know other coys that can do that.

What do I do?
