what am driving at is that beating of wives or slapping is not good and not acceptable.
i for one will be the first not to support it. but the issue  is that this thing still happens.
what can we do to reduce this ugly inscident and to protect our ladies.

Normally a couple will not always see things the same way, there would be arguments. That is basic!

Ideally, a man should  not go physical, he should love;

Ideally, a woman should be respectful and submissive not a 'nagster';

Ideally, there should be open and mature communication  to iron out differences.

When one of these ideals is compromised, there is bound to be ' a break down of order' in the house.

If a woman acts like a beast, then she should be cautioned with slaps but if they act like wives or like ladies , then i think they should be treated as such.
