lmao@CASPER.

deven though your friend married his wife a virgine, was she still a virgin after marriage and before child birth,I beg that is not enough excuse to be there when one's wife is about to put to birth.I will be there when my wife will be putting to birth and that will happen soon.

What a great day it was for me in 2001 when we had our first child (daughter).  The girl makes me happy.

Guys, my wife was really glad i was right there when t all happened.

First, my BOSS came from Lagos to Abuja for a crucial meeting at Ministry Of Defence. Suddenly my friend Biyi called me that my was in for it.

I dashed down to Fereprod Clinic and behold the process of pushing, crying, encouraging, patting her and asking her to co-operate with the doctor began.

It was a lovely experience. I LOVE MY WIFE for going through that pain for us. Yes, for us.

The second experience was very sad. I was also there but we lost that baby. He was a boy and come see me cry when he was brought out dead. I cried not because we lost that baby but because she will still have to go through the process of 9months pregnancy, ante natal sessions and eventual delivery. We will stop when the 2nd child comes.

E yin boys, ko easy at all for a woman to be pregnant for 9months. I really feel for them.

So, take care of your wife if you are married or when you get married.

My husband was there the two times and believe me I glad he was. He was an encourager and was there all the way, whenever I confessed negatively , he was contradicting everything, holding legs, rubbing my back etc. In fact if anyone asks him, he wouldn't have missed it for anything. He was strong througout . I couldn't have asked for any other person.

me i'd want my man to be there! i once stayed with an aunt of mine (on request fom her) because her husband was away, and its her first child, so she was aprehensive, and didn't want to be left alone with total strangers,.... but she's a strong woman, and didn't cry one bit except ask if there was any pain killers she could use, men! i was proud of her, so much courage, but she still missed her husband and refused to leave the hospital till he came which was 5 days after.
thinking back now i think he was absent on purpose(with a lousy excuse of a biz trip Huh

As usual, I was there with her again on the 11th of June, 2006, when she was about to put to bed. Exactly 7.40am, a baby girl, named Ayomide was added to our family

Ladies and women here and elsewhere, I bow for una o. It's not always easy on that day. Prayerfully, God will keep on granting you all safe delivery

Guys you need to be there with your wife when she puts to bed.  I was there with my wife and I ended up bursting into tears when my lovely queen finally came out.

Its something I will not be forgetting in a hurry.

If i am to say, i would like my husband to be there with me during  labour, and it must be only when i am the only woman in labour at a particular time because it is not wise for him to come in when there are other women in the labour room  together with me. Now why i would like him to be by my side is this, His presence and his consolation with me in the labour room will help me alot to deliver very fast. It will also make him to build more love for me and he will no longer take me for granted if he does before. So for these reasons i would want him in there with me. but i know my husband will not accept that, he will say MUM for what nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww but he must have  to do that for me.

I wish i could have been there when my kids were born, but the hospital didn't allow it.  So i had to stay outside the delivery ward with all the other wimps.

I guess they had a high rate of fathers fainting in the ward.
