I WANT A COMPLETE ACCOUNT PACKAGE (GL,AP,AR,PAYROLL, FIXED ASSET, BANK RECONCILIATION,INVENTORY AND OTHERS) WRITTEN WITH VB.NET AND RUNNING ON ORACLE DATABASE WITH THE SOURCE CODE. I WANT A GOOD TESTED PACKAGE AND WITH A REASONABLE PRICE.

you should consider existing accounting softwares eg. Microsoft Great Plains, SAP, Peoplesoft etc. It takes a whole lot to design and implement a full package accounting software.

If u have not found one,i have one running in organisations.Currently runs MS SQL but can actually run on any RDBMS.I can demonstrate running it against ORACLE but the source code can not be sold .
